85 gr of potato
20 gr of dried fig
20 gr of ham

Step by step recipe
- Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into 1cm cubes.
- Remove the bitter cone from the endives and cut into slices.
- Take away the hard parts of the fig: stem and stalk. Cut into small pieces.
- Place the potato in the steamer basket.
- Place the dried fig in the steamer basket.
- Place the endive in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
- Place the ham into the blender bowl.
- Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
- Add part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
