SHIPPING POLICY

Free FedEx Ground shipping on all orders valued at $120+ being delivered within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories. Standard USPS or FedEx shipping rates, based on weight and service selected, will be applied to orders being shipped to territories outside the contiguous states which is under control by the United States.

After placing your order, please allow for 2-3 business days for processing, prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been released to our warehouse for processing.

After your order has been shipped, depending on your selected ship method and delivery address, you can then expect to receive your order within:

  • FedEx SmartPost (Free Delivery*): 2-7 business days
  • FedEx Ground: 2-5 business days
  • FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx 3 Day: 3 business days
  • FedEx Overnight: 1 business day

Shipping FAQs

  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, not at this time. If you’d like to ship items to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each one.

  • Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes, you can ship to a PO Box when selecting FedEx SmartPost as the shipping option.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

No, changes cannot be made to an order once it’s been submitted.

  • What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don’t have my order?

  • I don’t live in North America, can I still place an order?

No, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. Please note that any order that is sent to a P.O. Box and then forwarded to a country outside of North America will forfeit any ability for returns, exchanges, warranty claims or any other customer service issue that may arise. Please also note that if BEABA electronics are used with a power or plug converter, the warranty becomes invalid.

RETURN POLICY

We want to make sure you love our products, so if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we can accept returns for up to 30 days after your order date (less the cost of shipping) if it the item is new, unused, and in the original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned to BÉABA USA for a refund:

Items not purchased on Beabausa.com**
Items purchased on final sale
Used items or items without original packaging intact
Items without receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned without a return authorization number
International orders or items used outside of the US or Canada

To return an item, please email contact@beabausa.com with your order number and items to be returned. You will then receive a return authorization number with instructions, as well as a prepaid FedEx Smartpost shipping label.

Once your item is received and inspected by our Customer Care Team, your claim will be processed and a credit or refund will be issued for the value of the products (less an $8 return shipping fee), within 7 to 14 business days.

*Please note: We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. Instead, you may request a return for your original item(s) and then place a new order on our site.
**BÉABA products purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned directly to the retailer.
