    ½ egg

    50 mL of skimmed milk (cow)

    10 gr of butter (unsalted)

    20 gr of sugar

    30 gr of flour (wheat)

    90 gr of mirabelle plums

Step by step recipe

  1. Wash the mirabelle plums, cut in half and remove the stones.
  2. Pour the milk into a pan and add the butter. Heat until the butter has slightly melted in the hot milk.
  3. Wait for the milk to cool slightly. Meanwhile, mix the egg and sugar in a small salad bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the flour into this mixture. When the mix is warm, pour it gradually on to the preparation, stirring to prevent lumps forming.
  5. Put a ramekin in the steamer basket. Put the fruit in the ramekin and cover with the milk and egg preparation.
  6. Pour water into the reservoir (level 3) and start cooking. Leave to cool a little. Serve the clafouti lukewarm.
