½ egg
50 mL of skimmed milk (cow)
10 gr of butter (unsalted)
20 gr of sugar
30 gr of flour (wheat)
90 gr of mirabelle plums

Step by step recipe
- Wash the mirabelle plums, cut in half and remove the stones.
- Pour the milk into a pan and add the butter. Heat until the butter has slightly melted in the hot milk.
- Wait for the milk to cool slightly. Meanwhile, mix the egg and sugar in a small salad bowl.
- Sprinkle the flour into this mixture. When the mix is warm, pour it gradually on to the preparation, stirring to prevent lumps forming.
- Put a ramekin in the steamer basket. Put the fruit in the ramekin and cover with the milk and egg preparation.
- Pour water into the reservoir (level 3) and start cooking. Leave to cool a little. Serve the clafouti lukewarm.
