    5.2 Oz of butter (unsalted)

    10.6 Oz of sugar

    15.8 Oz of flour (wheat)

    47.6 Oz of mirabelle plums

Step by step recipe

  1. Wash the mirabelle plums, cut in half and remove the stones.
  2. Heat until the butter has slightly melted in the hot milk.
  3. Wait for the milk to cool slightly. Meanwhile, mix the egg and sugar in a small salad bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the flour into this mixture. When the mix is warm, pour it gradually on to the preparation, stirring to prevent lumps forming.
  5. Put the fruit in the ramekin and cover with the milk and egg preparation.
  6. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
