    140 gr of carrot

    35 gr of rice

    25 mL of coconut milk

    30 gr of pork tenderlion

Step by step recipe

  1. Place the rice in the pasta/rice cooker with 45ml of water.
  2. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  3. Peel and wash the carrots, then cut into thin, round pieces.
  4. Cut the pork tenderloin into small pieces.
  5. Place the pork tenderloin in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking juice.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  10. Place the rice into the blending bowl.
  11. Place the coconut milk into the blending bowl.
  12. Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  13. Blend the bowl content.
  14. Place the curry into the blending bowl.
  15. Blend the bowl content.
