Step by step recipe

  1. Put the rice in the Rice, Pasta and Grains insert with 3 tablespoons of water.
  2. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  3. Cut off the green part of the leeks and remove the hairy roots at the foot of the leek. Cut the white part into four, then into 1/2 inch long pieces.
  4. Once cooked, remove the rice and place the leek in the steamer basket.
  5. Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
  6. Set aside the cooking juice.
  7. Cook the egg in a pan (starting in cold water) with the sodium bicarbonate for 10 minutes after the water comes to boiling point.
  8. Place the leek in the blender bowl.
  9. Place the rice in the blender bowl.
  10. Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
  11. Place the hard-boiled egg in the blender bowl.
  12. Add part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  13. Blend the bowl content.
