Wash the zucchinis, peel and cut in half. Remove the seeds from the middle with a teaspoon. Discard them and cut the zucchinis in small 1/2 inch cubes.
Place the zucchinis in the steamer basket.
Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
Set aside the cooking juice.
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture
