    13.2 Oz of flour (wheat)

    7.5 egg

    31.8 Fl. Oz of skim milk (cow)

    7.5 tsp of sesame oil

    13.2 Oz of goat's cheese

Step by step recipe

  1. Place the spinash in the steamer basket.
  2. Cuire le contenu du bol
  3. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  4. Place the sesame oil into the blending bowl.
  5. Blend the bowl content.
  6. Put the egg and flour in a salad bowl. Gradually add the milk and mix to obtain a slightly thick liquid consistency.
  7. Add the spinach and mix.
  8. Heat a non-stick frying pan 20cm in diameter and add a few drops of sunflower oil. Cook your pancake over a low heat.
  9. When the pancake is cooked, put the goat’s cheese and sesame oil mixture on it. Roll it then cut it into small pieces to have the green and white alternating for a pretty effect.
