Gently rinse the nectarines in water. Peel them to remove only the skin and the minimum of flesh. Remove and discard the stone. Cut the flesh into 1/2 inch cubes.
Place the nectarine in the steamer basket.
Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
Set aside the cooking juice.
Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
