    10.6 Oz of whiting

    50.2 Oz of hokkaido pumpkin

    31.8 Oz of jerusalem artichokes

    23.8 Oz of jerusalem artichokes

Step by step recipe

  1. Wash and peel the Jerusalem artichokes. Cut them into ½-inch cubes.
  2. Clean the pumpkin well using warm water and scouring sponge. Cut the pumpkin, keeping the skin, and remove all the seeds using a tablespoon.
  3. Cut the fish into pieces, carefully checking that there are no bones.
  4. Place the whiting in the steamer basket.
  5. Place the hokkaido pumpkin in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the Jerusalem artichokes in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking liquid in a small container.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
  10. Pour the liquid cream into the blender bowl.
  11. Add some of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  12. Blend the bowl content.
