    45 Fl. Oz of skim milk (cow)

    15.8 Oz of egg

    15.8 Oz of apple

    15.8 Oz of cherries

Step by step recipe

  1. Cut the (stale) bread into small pieces. Cover the bread with milk and leave to soften and soak in the refrigerator. Crush the bread with the help of a fork when it is soft.
  2. Place the bread in the blender bowl.
  3. Put the egg in the blender bowl.
  4. Blend the bowl content.
  5. Peel the apple, wash it and cut it into two and remove the pips. Cut it into small 1-inch cubes.
  6. Wash the cherries, cut them into two and remove the stones.
  7. Put the apple in the blender bowl.
  8. Place the cherries in the blender bowl.
  9. Blend one more time the bowl content.
  10. Place the mixture into a small ramekin and place it into the steam basket.
  11. Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
