Step by step recipe

  1. Boil water in a saucepan, Immerse the tomatoes in the boiling water for about 30 seconds then drain and immerse them in cold water. Remove the skins. Cut the tomatoes into 2 and remove the seeds.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small ½-inch cubes.
  3. Cut the sardines into small pieces.
  4. Place the tomatoes in the steamer basket.
  5. Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the sardines in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking juice.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
  10. Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  11. Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
  12. Add the chives to the blender bowl.
  13. Blend the bowl content.
