    21.2 Oz of semolina

    71.4 Oz of carrot

    5.2 Oz of lamb

    15 pinch of cumin

Step by step recipe

  1. Place the semolina in the pasta/rice cooker with 45ml of water.
  2. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  3. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into thin slices.
  4. Cut the lamb into small cubes of 1 cm.
  5. Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the lamb in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking juice.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  10. Place the semolina into the blending bowl.
  11. Place the olive oil into the blending bowl.
  12. Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  13. Blend the bowl content.
  14. Place the cumin into the blending bowl.
  15. Blend the bowl content.
