    7.5 knob of butter

    63.4 Oz of endive

    7.5 onion

    13.2 Oz of tapioca

    10.6 Oz of ham

Step by step recipe

  1. Remove the bitter cone from the endives and cut into slices.
  2. Cut the onion into pieces so it fills a spices ball.
  3. Place the endives in the steamer asket.
  4. Place the spices ball in the steamer basket.
  5. Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
  6. Set aside the cooking juice.
  7. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  8. In a saucepan, pour ½ litre of water. Sprinkle tapioca over the boiling water. Cook it over a low heat for around 7 minutes, stirring regularly.
  9. Place the tapioca into the blending bowl.
  10. Place the ham into the blending bowl.
  11. Place the butter into the blending bowl.
  12. Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  13. Blend the bowl content.
