    50.2 Oz of sweet potato

    50.2 Oz of leek

    10.6 Oz of pork tenderlion

    7.5 tsp of turmeric

Step by step recipe

  1. Peel and wash the sweet potato, then cut into small 1cm cubes.
  2. Cut off the green part of the leeks and remove the hairy roots. Cut the white part into four, then into 1cm long pieces. Leave to soak a few minutes in cold water, then rinse well.
  3. Cut the tenderloin into small pieces.
  4. Mettez la patate douce dans le panier vapeur.
  5. Mettez le filet mignon dans le panier vapeur.
  6. Mettez les blancs de poireaux dans le panier vapeur.
  7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking juice.
  9. Mettez le contenu du panier dans le bol.
  10. Mettez l'huile d'olive dans le bol.
  11. Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  12. Blend the bowl content.
  13. Mettez le curcuma dans le bol.
  14. Mixez de nouveau le contenu du bol.
