Step by step recipe

1. Cup up the fish and carefully remove the bones.
2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into 1cm cubes.
3. Wash and peel the zucchinis. Cut into thin slices. (You can also use frozen zucchini).
4. Mettez le colin dans le panier vapeur.
5. Mettez la pomme de terre dans le panier vapeur.
6. Mettez la courgette dans le panier vapeur.
7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.

9. Mettez le contenu du panier dans le bol.
10. Mettez le beurre dans le bol.
11. Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
12. Blend the bowl content.
13. Ajoutez l'aneth à la préparation (en petite quantité, le goût est très prononcé).
14. Blend one more time the bowl content.
