    79.4 Oz of broccoli

    21.2 Oz of tapioca

Step by step recipe

  1. Remove the broccoli bouquets leaving only a short stem. Soak a few minutes in vinegar water and cut into quarters.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
  3. Place the broccoli in the steamer basket.
  4. Place the chicken in the steamer basket.
  5. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  6. Set aside the cooking juice.
  7. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  8. Pour ½ litre of water in a saucepan, Then sprinkle the tapioca into the boiling water. Cook over a low heat about 7 minutes, stirring regularly.
  9. Place the tapioca into the blending bowl.
  10. Place the olive oil into the blending bowl.
  11. Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  12. Blend the bowl content.
