Step by step recipe

  1. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into thin slices.
  2. Pell the potatoes, wash and cut into 1cm cubes.
  3. Cut the veal escalope into small pieces.
  4. Place the veam in the steamer basket.
  5. Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking juice.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  10. Place the olive oil into the blending bowl.
  11. Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  12. Blend the bowl content.
  13. Place the tumeric into the blending bowl.
  14. Blend the bowl content.
