Step by step recipe

  1. Wash the green beans thoroughly. Trim the ends off by hand and cut into 2 inch pieces.
  2. Peel the potato, wash and cut it into small cubes.
  3. Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
  4. Place the green beans in the steamer basket.
  5. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  6. Set aside the cooking juice.
  7. Place the content of the steam basket into the bowl.
  8. Place the ham into the blending bowl.
  9. Place the butter into the blending bowl.
  10. Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  11. Blend the bowl content.
