Step by step recipe

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into ½-inch ubes.
  2. Run a finger over the salmon to check that there are no more bones and cut into small pieces.
  3. Place the potato in the steamer basket.
  4. Place the salmon in the steamer basket.
  5. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  6. Peel the cucumber, wash carefully and cut into ½-inch cubes.
  7. Let the salmon and potatoes cool down before adding them to the cucumber.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and add a small quantity of dill because the flavor is quite strong.
