Step by step recipe

  1. Remove the ends of the asparagus, wash the asparagus thoroughly and cut into small 1-inch slices.
  2. Cut the veal into very small pieces.
  3. Place the asparagus in the steamer basket.
  4. Place the veal in the steamer basket.
  5. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  6. In a pan, put the milk and flour and stir constantly until the white sauce thickens, add a knob of butter.
  7. Place the asparagus and veal in a baking dish and top with the white sauce. Bake for 10 minutes.
