Step by step recipe

  1. Peel the carrots wash and cut into ½-inch cubes.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into ½-inch cubes.
  3. Cut the lamb into small pieces.
  4. Fill a seasonning ball with the candied lemon.
  5. Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
  7. Put the lamb in the steamer basket.
  8. Place the seasonning ball in the steamer basket.
  9. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  10. Set aside the cooking juice.
  11. Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
  12. Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
  13. Extract a small quantity of candied lemon (the tip of a knife) from the seasonning ball into the blender bowl.
  14. Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  15. Blend the bowl content.
