    31.8 Fl. Oz of skim milk (cow)

    7.5 tsp of liquid cream

Step by step recipe

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into ½-inch cubes.
  2. Cut the artichoke hearts into small cubes (thaw them beforehand).
  3. Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
  4. Place the artichoke hearts in the steamer basket.
  5. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  7. Set aside the cooking juice.
  8. Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
  9. Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  10. Blend the bowl content.
  11. Place the egg in the blender bowl.
  12. Pour the liquid cream into the blender bowl.
  13. Pour the milk into the blender bowl.
  14. Add the ground nutmeg.
  15. Blend one more time the bowl content.
  16. Pour the preparation in a dish, cook it in a bain-marie in the oven during 25 minutes.
