Cut off the end (the hard part of the asparagus stem). Peel the asparagus with a peeler and wash them. If large, split them into two, otherwise leave them as they are and cut into 1-inch lengths.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into ½-inch cubes.
Cut the cod into small ½-inch cubes.
Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
Put the asparagus in the steamer basket.
Place the cod in the steamer basket.
Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
Set aside the cooking liquid in a small container.
Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
Add a part of the cooking liquid depending on the desired texture.
