    18.6 Oz of polenta

    10.6 Oz of ham

Step by step recipe

  1. Place the polenta in the Rice, Pasta and Grains insert with 3 tablespoons of water.
  2. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  3. Peel and wash the carrot, and cut into fine round slices.
  4. Cut the artichoke hearts, which have been previously thawed, into small 1cm cubes.
  5. Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the artichoke hearts in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking juice.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  10. Place the polenta into the blending bowl.
  11. Place the ham into the blending bowl.
  12. Pour the olive oil into the blending bowl.
  13. Add part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  14. Blend the bowl content.
