    7.5 tsp of olive oil

    90 Oz of winter squash

    29.2 Oz of chickpeas

    15.8 Oz of lamb

    7.5 tsp of honey

    7.5 tsp of ras el-hanout

Step by step recipe

  1. Peel and wash the pumpkin, and cut into small 1cm cubes after removing the seeds.
  2. Cut the lamb into small 1 cm cubes.
  3. Drain the chickpeas.
  4. Place the lamb in the steamer basket.
  5. Place the winter squash in the steamer basket.
  6. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  7. Set aside the cooking juice.
  8. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  9. Put 4 tablespoons of cooking liquid, the spices and honey in a pan. Reduce on a low heat to obtain a rather syrupy consistency.
  10. Place the chickpeas into the blending bowl.
  11. Place the olive oil into the blending bowl.
  12. Blend adding gradually the reduced mixture until you obtain the desired consistency.
