    37 Oz of potato

    10.6 Oz of pollock

Step by step recipe

  1. Wash the fennel carefully. Remove the fennel stalks, the two outer leaves and the base. Cut the fennel in two then in 2 again. Slice it thinly.
  2. Peel the potato, wash and cut into small ½-inch cubes.
  3. Cut the fish into small ½-inch cubes.
  4. Place the fennel in the steamer basket.
  5. Put the potato in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the pollock in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking juice.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
  10. Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
  11. Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  12. Blend the bowl content.
