    58.2 Oz of cauliflower

    31.8 Oz of potato

    10.6 Oz of whiting

    13.2 Oz of ginger

Step by step recipe

  1. Remove the large cauliflower leaves, remove the core keeping only the florets. Soak in water and vinegar for a few minutes. Cut the florets into small ½-inch cubes.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut it into ½-inch cubes.
  3. Slide your finger over the whiting fillet to check that there are no bones and cut the whiting into small ½-inch cubes.
  4. Cut a piece of ginger, peel it, wash it and cut it into 3 round slices. Put the slices in a seasoning ball.
  5. Place the whiting in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the cauliflower in the steamer basket.
  7. Place the potato in the steamer basket.
  8. Put the flavor ball in the steamer basket.
  9. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  10. Set aside the cooking juice.
  11. Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
  12. Place the whipping cream in the blender bowl.
  13. Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  14. Blend the bowl content.
