    ½ tsp of olive oil

    10 gr of lamb

    85 gr of potato

    85 gr of leek

    ½ tsp of cilantro

    ½ tsp of paprika

Step by step recipe

  1. Remove the green part of the leeks and the hairy roots. Cut the white part into four, then into 1cm long pieces.
  2. Peel and wash the potato, cut it into small 1cm cubes.
  3. Cut the lamb into small 1cm cubes.
  4. Place the lamb in the steamer basket.
  5. Put the potatoes in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the leeks in the steamer basket.
  7. Put the coriander seeds into a flavour ball. Place the flavour ball in the steamer basket.
  8. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  9. Set aside the cooking liquid in a small container.
  10. Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
  11. Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
  12. Add the paprika to the bowl.
  13. Add a part of the cooking liquid depending on the desired texture.
  14. Blend the bowl content.
