40 mL of skimmed milk (cow)
15 gr of butter (unsalted)
15 gr of sugar
30 gr of flour (wheat)
40 gr of apple
60 gr of rhubarb

Step by step recipe
- Peel the apples, wash them, cut in half and remove the pips. Cut the halves into 1cm cubes.
- Take the stems of the rhubarb, peel with a peeler, wash and cut into 1cm slices.
- Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the butter. Heat until the butter is melted slightly in the hot milk.
- Add the beaten egg, flour and sugar and mix.
- Place a ramekin in the steam basket. In the ramekin, put the fruit in the bottom and the content of the saucepan on top.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Allow to cool slightly. Serve warm.
