Ingredient list
100 gr of spinach
25 gr of flour (wheat)
½ egg
60 mL of skimmed milk (cow)
½ tsp of sesame oil
25 gr of goat's cheese

Step by step recipe
- Place the spinach in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
- Place the sesame oil into the blending bowl.
- Blend the bowl content.
- Put the egg and flour in a salad bowl. Gradually add the milk and mix to obtain a slightly thick liquid consistency.
- Add the spinach and mix.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan 20cm in diameter and add a few drops of sunflower oil. Cook your pancake over a low heat.
- When the pancake is is cooked, put the goat's cheese, spinach and seasame oil mixture on it. Roll it and then cut it into small pieces to have the green and white alternating for a pretty effect
