Ingredient list
2 petit beurre biscuit
2 tbsp of cottage cheese
½ banana
9.5 dried apricot
10 drop(s) of orange blossom

Step by step recipe
- Place the apricots in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
- Peel and mash the bananas.
- Mix the Cottage Cheese with a few drops of orange flower water.
- Place the dried apricots in the blender bowl.
- Blend the bowl content.
- In a small glass, place in turn a layer of the mashed bananas, dried apricots, Cottage Cheese/orange flower mixture then a layer of petit beurre biscuit broken into crumbs.
- Repeat a second time to have a tiramisu with several layers.
- Put in the refrigerator and serve cold.
