Step by step recipe
- Peel, wash and cut the apple in half and remove the pips. Cut the apple into small 1cm cubes.
- Put the apple in the steamer basket.
- Place the dried apricots in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
- Add the Petit-suisse to the blender bowl.
- Blend the bowl content.
