Step by step recipe
- Peel the apples, wash them, cut them in half and remove the pips. Cut into 1cm cubes.
- Put the apples in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Crumble the biscuit and mix with maple syrup.
- In a small dish, place the pieces of cooked apple mixture and cover with the plain biscuit/maple syrup mixture.
