Step by step recipe
- Peel the pears, wash, cut in half and remove the pips. Cut into 1cm cubes.
- Place the pears in the steam basket.
- Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Dice the gingerbread into small pieces.
- Put the gingerbread in the blender bowl.
- Add the cooking juice to the bowl with 2/3 pieces of baked pear.
- Blend the bowl content.
- Mix in a saucepan the blended preparation and the agar agar. Boil for 2 minutes.
- Place the cooked pears in a small ramekin and top them with the preparation containing the agar agar. Chill in the refrigerator.
