½ tsp of olive oil
140 gr of chard / Swiss chard
50 gr of semolina
20 gr of minced steak
2 pinch(s) of ras el-hanout

Step by step recipe
- Put the semolina in the pasta/rice insert with 3 tablespoons of water.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Remove the heel of the chard and wash thoroughly. Remove the damaged parts of the leaves. If you want to keep only the stalks of the chard, cut into a V to remove the leaves.
- Cut the minced steak into small pieces.
- At the end of the cooking time, remove the pasta/rice insert from the steamer basket. Discard the cooking liquid.
- Place the chards in the steamer basket.
- Place the minced steak in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
- Place the semolina into the blender bowl.
- Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
- Place the ras el-hanout into the blender bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
