140 gr of spinach
35 gr of quinoa
10 gr of pollock

Step by step recipe
- Rinse the quinoa then put it in the pasta/rice insert with 3 tablespoons of water.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Run a finger over the fish to check that there are no bones and cut into small pieces.
- At the end of the cooking time, remove the pasta/rice insert from the steamer basket. Discard the cooking liquid.
- Put the pollock in the steamer basket.
- Place the spinach in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking liquid in a small container.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
- Put the quinoa in the blender bowl.
- Pour the sesame oil into the blender bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking liquid depending on the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
