Step by step recipe
- Boil water in a saucepan, Immerse the tomatoes in the boiling water for about 30 seconds then drain and immerse them in cold water. Remove the skins. Cut the tomatoes into 2 and remove the seeds.
- Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small 1 cm cubes.
- Cut the sardines into small pieces.
- Place the tomatoes in the steamer basket.
- Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
- Place the sardines in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
- Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
- Add the chives to the blender bowl.
- Blend the bowl content.
