    ½ tsp of olive oil

    165 gr of celeriac

    30 gr of polenta

    30 gr of whiting

    4 to 6 months

Step by step recipe

  1. Peel the celeriac, wash then cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Slide a finger along the whiting fillet to ensure there are no bones. Cut the fish into small 1cm cubes.
  3. Place the polenta in the pasta/rice cooker with 45ml of water.
  4. Place the celeriac in the pasta/rice cooker.
  5. Place the whiting in the pasta/rice cooker.
  6. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  7. Set aside the cooking juice.
  8. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  9. Place the olive oil into the blending bowl.
  10. Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  11. Blend the bowl content.
