    30 gr of butter (unsalted)

    105 gr of green beans

    60 gr of potato

    20 gr of ham

Step by step recipe

  1. Wash the green beans thoroughly in vinegar water without soaking them. Trim the ends off by hand and cut into 3 to 4cm pieces.
  2. Peel the potato, wash and cut it into 1cm cubes.
  3. Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
  4. Place the green beans in the steamer basket.
  5. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  6. Set aside the cooking juice.
  7. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  8. Place the ham into the blending bowl.
  9. Place the butter into the blending bowl.
  10. Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  11. Blend the bowl content.
