Step by step recipe
- Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into 1cm cubes.
- Run a finger over the salmon to check that there are no more bones and cut into small pieces.
- Place the potato in the steamer basket.
- Place the salmon in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Peel the cucumber, wash carefully and cut into 1 cm cubes.
- Let the salmon and potatoes cool down before adding them to the cucumber.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add a small quantity of dill because the flavor is quite strong.
