½ petit beurre biscuit
120 gr of strawberries
85 gr of rhubarb

Step by step recipe
- Take the rhubarb stem, cut the end off and peel it with a peeler. Wash and cut into 1cm pieces.
- Place the rhubarb in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
- Blend the bowl content.
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and cut them into quarters.
- Mix the strawberries and rhubarb. Place the strawberry/rhubarb mixture in a small ramekin and cover with the crumbled biscuit.
