    ½ tsp of olive oil

    145 gr of carrot

    55 gr of potato

    ½ lemon confit

    30 gr of lamb

Step by step recipe

  1. Peel the carrots wash and cut into 1cm cubes.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into 1cm cubes.
  3. Cut the lamb into small pieces.
  4. Fill a flavour ball with the candied lemon.
  5. Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
  7. Put the lamb in the steamer basket.
  8. Place the flavour ball in the steamer basket.
  9. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  10. Set aside the cooking juice.
  11. Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
  12. Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
  13. Extract a small quantity of candied lemon (the tip of a knife) from the flavour ball into the blender bowl.
  14. Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  15. Blend the bowl content.
