½ petit beurre biscuit
80 gr of plum
80 gr of apple
50 gr of banana

Step by step recipe
- Wash the plums well, cut them in half and remove the stones.
- Peel the apple and remove the core. Keep ¼ to ½ for the compote.
- If you feel that the child is ready to eat raw banana, do not cook it. Otherwise, peel it and cut it into round pieces.
- Place the plums in the steamer basket.
- Place the apple in the steamer basket.
- Place the banana in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
- Put the compote in a small ramekin and cover them with the Petit Brun broken into crumbs.
