Step by step recipe
- Peel the pear. Slightly cut the base of the pear so that it can stand. Also remove a “cap” at the top and put to one side. Make a hole in the pear to remove the pips.
- Put the chocolate in the hole and put the cap back on.
- Place the pear in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
