½ tsp of olive oil
170 gr of winter squash
55 gr of chickpeas
30 gr of lamb
½ tsp of honey
½ tsp of ras el-hanout

Step by step recipe
- Peel and wash the pumpkin, and cut into small 1cm cubes after removing the seeds.
- Cut the lamb into small 1 cm cubes.
- Drain the chickpeas.
- Place the lamb in the steamer basket.
- Place the winter squash in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
- Put 4 tablespoons of cooking liquid, the spices and honey in a pan. Reduce on a low heat to obtain a rather syrupy consistency.
- Place the chickpeas into the blending bowl.
- Place the olive oil into the blending bowl.
- Blend adding gradually the reduced mixture until you obtain the desired consistency.
