Step by step recipe
- Rinse the damsons. Remove and throw away the central stone. Cut the damsons into 4 pieces.
- Place the damsons in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
