Step by step recipe
- Peel the beetroot with a potato peeler and wash it. Cut into 1cm cubes.
- Place the beetroot cubes in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice
- Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
