Step by step recipe
- Gently rinse the peaches in water. Peel them with care. Remove and discard the large stone and the small end piece. Cut the flesh into 1cm cubes.
 - Put the peach in the steamer basket.
 - Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
 - Set aside the cooking juice.
 - Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
 - Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
 - Blend the bowl content.
