Delivery Terms & Conditions:

1) 7-14 days delivery*, only delivery date is available, no exact delivery time will be guaranteed depends on driver delivery schedule (Driver will call customers to reconfirm the delivery time on appointed delivery date)

2) No delivery on Sundays

3) If you need to change the delivery date, you must inform us 3 working days in advance (Contact number: 3690-2590). If the delivery is rescheduled without notice, an additional administration fee of $200 will be charged to the customer.

4) If there are any errors or omissions in the delivery information, the delivery may be delayed.

5) Free delivery does not include installation service.

6) Delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories. We are currently out of our service coverage area:  Hong Kong International Airport, Po Lin Monastery, Shek Pik, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau.  

*Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, road which prohibited truck weighted 5.5 tones (Hong Kong) or above, apartment under renovation, exhibition site, warehouse, hotel, boat house/boat, construction site, container terminal, addresses where goods delivery have to go through the balcony, buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases

*If the delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, driver will require additional delivery charges.

* If no-one is home then we will attempt to follow the "If not home" instructions you have provided. If this fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) to make alternate arrangements. If this fails then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully warehouse may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.

* Parcel will be delivered by appointed logistics partner. We aim to deliver items that are in stock within the promising days. The estimation is based on delivery information provided by our couriers and Beaba Asia Ltd is not responsible if this varies.

*BEABA ASIA LTD. reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. In case of any dispute, the decision of BEABA ASIA LTD. shall be final and binding.
